The University of Osaka ~ Opening Ceremony of "ELIONIX Nanofab Station" ~

ELIONIX Inc. has entered into a naming rights agreement with The University of Osaka and has established the “ELIONIX Nanofab Station” on the Toyonaka Campus starting April 2026.
Under this agreement, the nanoelectronics laboratory located in Building G (Rooms G117–121) of the Graduate School of Engineering Science will carry the ELIONIX name for a three-year period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029.
Background and Purpose
Since its founding in 1975, ELIONIX has been committed to advancing cutting-edge science and technology through the development of nanotechnology-related systems.
This initiative aims to support the development of next-generation researchers and engineers while contributing to the advancement of nanotechnology.
About ELIONIX Nanofab Station
The facility is a cleanroom dedicated to ultra-fine fabrication, supporting education, academic research, professional training, and industry collaboration.
The name "Station" symbolizes a hub where innovative ideas begin and diverse achievements emerge.
Collaboration with The University of Osaka
ELIONIX has a long-standing relationship with The University of Osaka, including equipment installation and joint seminars. This agreement further strengthens industry-academia collaboration.
