On March 4, 2025, ELIONIX celebrates its 50th anniversary. We sincerely appreciate the support of everyone who has been part of our journey. For the past 50 years, ELIONIX has grown alongside the expanding nanotechnology market. Guided by the philosophy set forth by our seven founding engineers in 1975 "To become the world's leading creative company and contribute to the advancement of science and technology", we have continuously pushed the boundaries of innovation. ELIONIX pioneered electron beam lithography technology, developing systems capable of exposing the world’s finest lines in each generation. Our enthusiasm for technological excellence will continue into the future.
50th Anniversary Logo
To commemorate this milestone, ELIONIX has created a special 50th-anniversary logo, inspired by the ELS-2, ELIONIX's first in-house-developed electron beam lithography system, released in 1978. This logo embodies our deep respect for the engineers who dedicated themselves to its development and our dedication to advancing technology and innovation for the coming future.
50th Anniversary Exhibition Booth
At SEMICON Japan 2024 and nano tech 2025, ELIONIX showcased a commemorative sculpture and history board celebrating our 50-year journey. Many visitors, including long-time supporters, felt a sense of nostalgia. The sculpture, illuminated in vibrant colors, symbolizes the limitless possibilities of the future.
