Since its founding in 1975, Elionix has been committed to developing equipment that contributes to cutting-edge scientific and technological advancements, and has introduced a range of research and development equipment for nanotechnology.

In the field of electron beam lithography, the company developed an ultra-high-resolution electron beam lithography system in 1997 capable of achieving a line width of 10 nm—one-fifth of the highest specifications available at the time—and has continued to develop a succession of systems with world-leading performance ever since.

Guided by our two core principles—“Challenge and Speed” and “Customer Satisfaction”—we have consistently pioneered equipment development ahead of our competitors. We believe this is the reason we have remained a leading manufacturer of nanotechnology research equipment to this day.

Our R&D equipment has been adopted by universities and public institutions in Japan and around the world, where it has received high praise. Moving forward, we will also focus on the development and sales of production equipment designed to bridge the gap between research and development and commercialization.
